Volunteer Tasks
In order to run the BOC smoothly, the committee needs help from the student body. The efficiency of the job fair is heavily dependent on the volunteers' efforts. 2008 BOC volunteers will be trained prior to the job fair.
We are looking for volunteers to help with the following tasks: Click on a task to see its duties

Parking
- It is important that you are on time because you will receive information from the operations team that morning.
- Your duties will include showing recruiters where to park, showing the recruiters to the gym, and working with the parking passes.
- You cannot drive the cars.
- Dress is Business Casual

Weigand Gymnasium
- Your professional attire and conduct are extremely important.
- You will be assigned to an area of the gym and will be responsible for taking care of the recruiters in that area.
- You should introduce yourself to your assigned recruiters and see that they have everything they need.

Setup
- You will help the recruiters find and set-up their booths.
- You will help locate shipped materials.

Teardown
- You will assist in preparing goods for shipping and aid recruiters in their departure.
- You will help the committee wrap up, clean up, and gather materials.

On Call
- Please call or check in (in person) 5-10 minutes before your scheduled shift.
- You may or may not be needed; we'll let you know when you check in.
- You may be asked to perform any tasks or support required.

Student Registration
- You will register students on the day of the BOC
- You will hand out nametags and information packages

Door Guards
- Check that all recruiters and students have nametags.
- Make sure all attendees are properly dressed.

Coat Room
- Organize bags/names
